Facilitation
Before there are rallies, marches, or speaker series, there is a group of individuals working together to make it happen. In grassroots organizations everything gets done through collaboration and cooperation. Not only are you focused on monumental work — there is also the journey of gaining agreement and then bringing your community along with you.
Every person in that room has a different style, a different set of experiences, and different talents. That’s your greatest strength. It’s also your greatest challenge.
A professional facilitator ensures every voice has a path to be heard. They bring tools to evaluate ideas and the right questions to clear the way to genuine collaboration. Facilitation brings clarity and equanimity to the process — and that translates into having what you need to bring your community along with you.
The Legacy Package
After every facilitated session your organization receives a Legacy Package — a complete written record of what your group uncovered together, organized and elevated so it’s ready to share with your leadership, your members, and your coalition partners.
Before it goes anywhere it comes back to you for review. Your words. Your insights. Your corrections. The final document belongs to your organization completely.
Ghostwriting
You’re showing up. Organizing rallies. Coordinating mutual aid. Defending constitutional principles while juggling day jobs and family responsibilities. You see what’s at stake and you refuse to stay silent.
But between organizing the next event, managing volunteers, and responding to the crisis of the week — who has time to write the rally speech that actually moves people? Who has the bandwidth to turn your organization’s values into words that bring your community along with you?
That’s my contribution to this movement.

How We Work Together
It all starts with a conversation.
Tell me what’s happening and what’s getting in the way. I’ll ask questions. We’ll talk. And we’ll figure out together what would actually help.
For organizations with operating budgets: contributions are based on scope — typically in the range of $500 to $2,000 depending on what the work requires.
For organizations running on volunteer power alone: pay what you can, including nothing. Same quality, same commitment.
