I am a writer, a naturalist, and an observer. My passion is noticing the world evolve. What bends. What resists. What returns. What becomes possible after something else gives way.

Democracy Spark pulls the lens outward. I observe institutions, leaders, citizens, language, behavior, power, accountability, culture, media, and the ordinary human patterns underneath political events.

This is storytelling about democracy. I am not a journalist or reporter. Research establishes the truth beneath the work, but reporting is not the form of the work.
